    Welcome to Aligned, MBPYC. NamasTen® (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a brand of MagentaStars LLC. These Unified Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website located at www.mbpyc.com, our mobile applications, our digital products (including those hosted on Stan Store), and any other services provided by the Company (collectively, the "Services").

    By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

    Our Services

    Aligned, MBPYC. NamasTen® provides a sanctuary for mindfulness and wellness through its proprietary NamasTen™ Method. Our Services include:

    • The 10-Minute Mandate™: A 10-week structured program designed for consistency.
    • Seven Gates of Attention: A seasonal seven-month body-awareness and faith program.
    • Soul Care: Resources integrating guided prayers, scriptural wisdom, and mindful attention to the body.
    • Alma's Garden™: Whimsical, specialized wellness content designed for children and families.
    • Clinical Grounding: Wellness sequences designed with nursing expertise to support neurological health and stress management.

    NO MEDICAL ADVICE PROVIDED. Although Aligned, MBPYC. NamasTen® was founded by a nursing professional and incorporates clinical grounding, the Services provided are for informational and educational purposes only. The Services do not constitute the practice of medicine, nursing, or other professional healthcare services, nor do they provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

    • Consult Your Physician: You should consult with a physician or other healthcare professional before starting any new exercise, yoga, or mindfulness program, especially if you have a history of high blood pressure, heart disease, or any physical disability or condition.
    • Assumption of Risk: By using our Services, you recognize that physical movement involves a risk of injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation in the NamasTen™ programs.
    • Clinical Accuracy: While we strive for "Architecture of Resilience," wellness markers and neurological benefits described are general in nature and individual results will vary.

    Age Requirements

    • You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
    • Alma's Garden™: Content intended for children must be accessed and supervised by a parent or legal guardian. By allowing a child to access Alma's Garden™, the parent or guardian agrees to be bound by these Terms.

    Account Security

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

    Ownership of Services

    The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to the NamasTen™ Method, "Architecture of Resilience" frameworks, "Medicine of Mindfulness" concepts, videos, audio, text, and logos) are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

    Limited License

    You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.

    Restrictions

    You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any content from our Services without express written permission from the Company.

    Trademarks & Intellectual Property

    NamasTen™ is a federally registered trademark of MagentaStars LLC (USPTO Serial No. 97385795), covering goods and services in Class 009 (e-books) and Class 016 (printed matter). Additional classes covering app and service offerings are pending.

    The following are common-law trademarks of MagentaStars LLC and may not be used, reproduced, or adapted without express written consent:

    • Clean the Spirit™
    • 01-02-03 Framework™ (the proprietary Unload · Reframe · Begin sequence)
    • NamasTen™ (when used independently of the full registered string)
    • Alma™ (the AI companion and related services)
    • Alma's Garden™
    • Architecture of Resilience™
    • Medicine of Mindfulness™
    • 10-Minute Mandate™
    • Aligned Circle Experience™
    • Aligned Growth™ (the proprietary spiritual growth visualization and milestone system)

    The specific logic, prompts, sequence, and progression of the 01-02-03 Framework™ (Clean the Spirit™) are proprietary trade secrets reserved for paying users on authorized Company platforms. Public teaching, diagramming, reproduction, or external publication of the framework's internal steps is strictly prohibited. Suspected infringement should be reported to the Company.

    Aligned Growth™ is a proprietary visualization and engagement framework owned by MagentaStars LLC. It transforms a user's qualitative practice — conversations with Alma™, sessions practiced, sacred check-ins, moments of alignment, sacred badges earned, and consistency streaks — into a living chart of the daily return. The underlying weighting, milestone progression, branch composition, and captioning system are proprietary trade secrets of the Company. No party may reproduce, reverse-engineer, derive, or republish the Aligned Growth™ method, its progression ladder, or its presentation grammar without express written consent. The mark Aligned Growth™ may not be used to identify or promote any third-party product or service.

    Health & Liability Disclaimer

    Although the Company was founded by a registered nurse and our content incorporates clinical grounding, the Services provide wellness education only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or the practice of nursing or medicine. References to stress markers, VO2 max, neurological health, or body-awareness concepts are educational information based on clinical nursing expertise — not clinical recommendations.

    Consult your physician before beginning any new movement, breathwork, yoga, or mindfulness practice, particularly if you have a history of cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, pregnancy, injury, or any other medical condition. By using the Services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your practice.

    Billing

    Digital products and subscriptions may be processed through third-party platforms such as Stan Store or mobile app stores. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the applicable third-party processor to charge all fees to your payment method.

    Automatic Renewals

    Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled through your account settings or the relevant third-party platform.

    Refund Policy

    Due to the digital nature of our "10-Minute Miracle" and other resources, all sales are generally final. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the Company's sole discretion, unless otherwise required by law.

    Prohibited Uses

    You agree not to use the Services:

    • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law.
    • To transmit any advertising or promotional material, including "junk mail" or "spam."
    • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, or another user.
    • To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services, or which may harm the Company or users of the Services.

    Termination of Access

    We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services for any reason, including without limitation, any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

    Limitation of Liability

    TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES. THIS INCLUDES DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS.

    Indemnification

    You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

    Governing Law

    All matters relating to the Services and these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of New York (or the jurisdiction in which the Company is legally registered), without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision.

    Changes to Terms

    We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
